Tomatillo forward
Tart and bright rather than sweet. It cuts through rich food instead of sitting on top of it.

Bright, zesty, and packs the perfect spicy punch — tomatillo green, and the hottest jar we make.
Green salsa lives or dies on the tomatillos, and a good verde should taste tart and fresh before it ever tastes hot. Ours does both: a sharp, citrusy base with real chile heat stacked on top. This is the jar our regulars buy on purpose, and the one to warn your guests about.

A 5 out of 5 on our scale. We are not being coy about it — this one has a kick.

Rich, smoky, and full of bold roasted flavor — the jar most people come back for a second time.

Smooth and mellow with just a hint of tangy sweetness — the jar for kids, grandparents and anyone who does not want to sweat.
We know food has to look as good as it tastes. Every batch is prepared with care — and if you are not satisfied, we will go the extra mile to make it right.
Hot — a 5 out of 5 on our own scale, and the hottest thing on our table. Try a little at the booth before you commit to a jar.
Not currently. If you want mild, the Mild Orange is the one to take. If you want mild-and-green, tell us — if enough people ask, we will make it.
