How much notice do you need for a party pack?
As much as you can give us — a few days is comfortable, and holiday weeks book out early. Call (530) 783-7211 with your date and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
How many tamales per person should I order?
Two to three each if tamales are the main event, one to two if there is other food. Tell us the situation and we will size it with you.
Is a party pack the same as catering?
No. A party pack is food you collect and serve yourself. If you want us at the event, that is catering — different thing, also available.
